Wil Harbor says: “As a young black kid growing up in Laurence Harbor, NJ there wasn’t much to do but ball, rap, fight, or hustle. The “Harbor” always gave me hope because I would look straight across the Hudson and could see “NYC,” I would think to myself that’s the birthplace, the Mecca, the beginning of Hip-Hop.

Being 25 now and seeing the many changes and waves come and go thew hip hop, one thing has remained the same, and that is that Hip Hop encourages the youth to have a voice. It provides an opportunity for those who have none, gives hope when people are lost, and appreciates the uniqueness and creativity of each artists’ story. Will Fresh (@Wills_Fresh) – The Freshest Out The Bronx

Aspiring young latin hip hop artist from the Bronx, New York that goes by his stage name “Fresh”. Making music since 2009 when he was 17, Fresh worked with a professional promoter that got him in the studio to record his first single featuring hip hop super producer Swizz Beatz in 2013. Fresh also had his single aired live in rotation for a whole month on a Satellite radio station called Shade 45 which is owned by Eminem. He also has other songs that are aired live on other small market internet radio stations and has been interviewed on internet radio stations as well. Fresh has performed live on stage at showcases and open mics in NYC. Fresh is now working on a mixtape that will release in early 2014, the name of the mixtape will be called Rookie of the Year (R.O.T.Y). Fresh hopes to soon get recognition in the music industry and being heard all over the world on major radio stations.
