Jason Gordon’s – Castles In My Mind hits VEVO! Born and raised in Winnipeg, Jason is not only a singer, but also a songwriter, producer, engineer, and musician. He first garnered recognition for playing piano at only the age of 3. He later rose to prominence in his full time work at Winnipeg’s Studio 11 Entertainment where he not only utilized his engineering, producing, writing skills, but also added a variety of instruments to his musical skill repertoire.

His newest single, “Castles In My Mind” is now out on Itunes and he has recently signed with new management out of New York. Like so many Canadian music greats before him, Jason Gordon’s top notch songwriting coupled with his down to earth personality makes him one to watch for in 2014.

J-Stax – Man In The Mirror Feat. Fred The Godson is now on Mtv! Jamal Stewart, professionally known as J-Stax, was born on Long Island, New York 20 years ago. His father, DJ Motown, played Bootsie Collins, Al Green, Biggie, Tupac, and other artists while J-Stax was growing up, and he developed a love for music at an early age. Stax recorded his first song at the age of five, and eventually began writing music with family members and hip-hop artists Big S and Mel Mazaradi. Stax was a star football player in high school, and had aspirations to enter the NFL. However, the response he received from his first single (2011’s “My Cup”) encouraged him to pursue music as a career. He started out freestyling and battling, then began approaching song creation as a craft to be perfected. He released his first mixtape, The Cover Story, in 2012, and the 13-track project has received over 30,000 views on DatPiff. J-Stax has been featured on ThisIs50, VladTV, Mtv, and many other major media outlets.

ALphamale, real name Alex Frisina, was born in the Bronx, but has lived his whole life on Long Island. This whole movement started from a book of poetry. In times of struggle, in times of depression or even bliss his pen was his release. Seldom did people see the pain or internal battles faced. This love for writing then spread to spoken word. Once given the chance to record, the hobby grew to a lifestyle. His highly anticipated project “New Beginning” has just been released with tracks such as “James Bond Guns” (Trinidad James Diss), “Call Me Scar” and “Party Over Everything” ft D. Wise. A mixture of lyrical ability and raw energy Alphamale brings a old school hip hop feel with a new school twist.
