Nox (@noxbond) – “Money On My Mind”

Nox is an American rapper who creates music based off of his life. Nox has been concentrating on punchlines, metaphors, and structure of mainstream rap for some years and has been able to create a unique and dynamic sound that stands out from the typical underground music of hand written cds and closet microphone booths! Nox is a perfectionist and only works with industry standard producers, djs, artists, graphic artists, directors, and equipment! Nox has lived in 23 states. His parents divorced at the age of 9, and he left home at the age of 14. This has lead to a completely one of a kind accent and a very powerful and enunciated delivery. Nox dropped out in the 8th grade, and scored in the top 1 percentile on a GED pre-test. He turned down an offer for a scholarship at Virginia Tech in order to pursue a career in the music industry. Nox has sold over 10,000 cds hand to hand, and his music has been in rotation in clubs in several cities, as well as on college radio, and on BDS registered radio-stations. Nox has been on over 30 internationally syndicated mixtapes, and has performed all over the country. Nox has opened for Durrough Music, Lil Boosie, Trinidad James, Kirko Bangs, and Webbie, and has been featured on Paul Wall’s CD “I’m Throwed”. Nox was on a song co-written by Jamie Foxx and Miraj The RNB Beast called “Don’t Hate Me (Official Remix)”. Nox is currently in the process of promoting and marketing his debut album “My Life” which was released May 20th, 2016.

J-Giles Son (@jgilesson) ft. K-Drama (@KDrama513) – This Time We Made It

This Time or “This Time We Made It” is track about the definition of true success. While some attribute success to a certain number of sales or a specific numerical outcome, others define it as faithful service in regards to the gift given/assigned to a particular individual by our creator God. Often we become discouraged when our definition of success is influenced by the worldly mindset: If feeling discouraged because our definition of success is jaded becomes a reality, we can change our mind and understand we are a success, whether or not the world wants to acknowledge us as such. It’s time to get back to the basics.
