THERA – I Wish I Called (Album)

The debut album I Wish I Called by Czech singer THERA is a record to cherish and inspire. Released via ICP Group, love, pain and infidelity permeate the album, tackling issues such as manic depression, toxic relationships and domestic violence. But the overall message is about healing, empowering young female listeners. There is something uninhibited about THERA’s songwriting, and her ability celebrate empowerment and solidarity. Along with performing live, THERA has been working with producers Martin Prikryl, Matej Moravek, Matej Belko, and Nigel Lowis as well as co-writing with Steve Diamond and Jeff Cohen.

Fucked Up – Another Day (Album)

Toronto hardcore band Fucked Up released their new album Another Day on August 9th, 2024. The album builds on their previous records not by going bigger but by honing the small stuff: intricate melodies, squelching guitar loops, and Damian Abraham’s ornately aggressive performance.

Allegra Krieger – Art of the Unseen Infinity Machine (Album)

The new album Art of the Unseen Infinity Machine from singer-songwriter Allegra Krieger is a fresh of breath air for folk-indie-rock fans.

The New York based artist released the 13-track set on September 13, 2024. It’s Krieger’s fifth album, and a fantastic follow up of her 2023 album, I Keep My Feet on the Fragile Plane. Stand out tracks on Art of the Unseen Infinity Machine include the calm, stripped back guitar track “Into Eternity,” and the album opener “Roosevelt Ave” which is filled with a beautiful, breezy summer time feel.
