Formed in Scotland in 2012 We Are Tall Order consists of DJ and Music Producer Michael McNeill and VJ and visual alchemist Chris Dodds. Together they work on new music productions, DJ sets, nightclub promotions, stage designs, L.E.D light sculptures, L.E.D pixel mapping and visuals pre production and performance. Learning from each other being at each end of the audio and visual spectrum they manifest solid and chunky underground house music tracks and associated visual experiences to enhance their DJ set. We Are Tall Order’s audible essence has affectionately been described as primitive cave rave dance with predominately beat heavy tracks layered with danceable rhythms. Sticking to a house music tempo, the primitive beats are dark, intriguing and thought provoking drawing reference from Acid, techno and house music sounds integrated with african style percussion, beats and rhythms. Big build ups and banging, rhythmic and euphoric drops are aplenty with the main intention of keep the dance floor moving into the closing time of the party.

We Are Tall Order’s original tracks can be found via Edinburgh (UK) based house music label Opto Digital which distributes tracks to all major download shops and music streaming portals. Remixes from the duo can be found on exciting labels such as Ambizi Records, and Warped Bridge Records.

Real Gutta Music in collaboration with WoodYard Entertainment releases his official music video single titled Looking For Daddy. This authentic work of art displays the challenges and struggles that can come about when the father is absent from the relationship of his son or daughter. With high profile media personnel like Bill O’Reilly consistently attacking the lack of a traditional family structure, it seemed only right to make a song that can be used to relay to communities and personnel living this lifestyle.
