JJ The Kid was born on the Southside of Chicago and raised in the south suburbs of the city. He has been making beats since he was eight years old
(including piano and guitar lessons). He has mastered his skills on FL Studio
Reason, and studied Sonar6 at Prairie State Community College’s Music
Production and Technology Program. He has now developed his own unique
style of Hip/Hop beat with a jazzy flavor. Most of his work can be found on
many search engines and internet stores.
