Somebody New comes to redefine what a modern day power song is. Mixed and mastered by Dan Konopka, of OKGO. The song tells the story of George V, a normal man that tries to find his place in the world fighting against his fears. Somebody New is definitely an optimistic song and it’s energy will lead us to think that another life is possible.The songs’ production has been done entirely by George V in his home studio. The organic guitar base on the beginning of the track is just a small introduction to all the electronic sounds that are coming afterwards. The rhythm section is a mix between real drums recorded by the London based drummer Kamil Bartnik and electronic rhythms that combine together to give this song a very current sound.
