DL ft. The Crushboys – “DAF” @RealOneDl @TrillestEnt

Netflix & Chill gets an unannounced update. Rapper, Actor, and Entrepreneur DL’s latest music video and single ‘D.A.F,’ is set to replace the Internet’s favorite sensual slogan. Over a lush instrumental that is laced with ambient keys, smooth chords, heavy bass and reversed guitars DL brings the signature smooth Queens flavor. The Crushboys add to ‘D.A.F.’ with a fitting feature to mellow out this already arousing party anthem.

Shazam Conner & H-Town – “Strokey Doke” @ShazamofHTown @htown4life

Shazam Conner, a member of the legendary group H-Town, has officially launched his solo career with the release of single “Strokey Doke,” a collaboration with his H-Town groupmates, G.I. and the late Dino Conner.

With its authentic R&B sound, new single “Strokey Doke,” is available worldwide now, produced by Shazam and Dino. It is the first of many releases coming from Shazam Conner, who is currently penning material for a full-length solo album.

H-Town, which stands for the group’s hometown Houston, Texas, are the biggest selling independent R&B group of all time. Formed in the early 90s, by twin brothers Keven “Dino” Conner and Solomon “Shazam” Conner, along with long-time friend Darryl “G.I.” Jackson. Unfortunately, in 2003, Dino died in a tragic accident. H-Town’s debut album, ‘Fever for da Flavor’ in 1993, went platinum and topped R&B charts worldwide. The breakthrough single “Knockin’ Da Boots,” reached #1 on the R&B chart, #3 on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart and changed the face of R&B in the early 90s. Their second album, ‘Beggin’ After Dark’ in 1994, also went gold and contained the hit single “Emotions,” which peaked at #11 on the R&B chart.

“Strokey Doke,” by Shazam Conner & H-Town, is available to stream/download on all digital platforms now.

This project displays a world-class production, and Enoka set out to capture an excellent performance, which reveals the character’s huge dynamic range and powerful tone. What’s special about her work is the fact that she welcomes a wider range of influences, meaning that there is really no limit to the artist’s fervent imagination and vivid creativity.
