Kid App was born March 21st 1994. The youngest of four boys he grew up on the east side of Detroit around 7 Mile and Van Dyke. At the age of 13 his mother passed away from cancer thus forcing him to live with various family members in his teenage years. A big fan of music from an early age Kid began rapping in his childhood with friends he grew up with.

Feeling the need for an outlet out of the streets of Detroit Kid began taking rap serious in 2011 and dropped his first solo project Class of My Own in 2014. He is now set to release his second project Obscene Gestures on June 13 2016. Pay attention to the movement!!

‘ZAENA NOW’ EP Makes Its Worldwide Debut

Female recording artist Zaena Morisho has finally released her new EP, which is currently available worldwide on Amazon and iTunes. ZAENA NOW includes five songs: ‘Into You’, ‘Be Ur Girl’, ‘What Do U Want’, ‘BS’, and ‘Diva.’ The mini album carries a pop/edm sound, focuses on the themes of relationships and female empowerment, and two music videos are forthcoming for ‘What Do U Want’ and ‘BS’, as well as a long form album release in 2017. This is her second EP to be released since ‘You Don’t Know’ in 2014.

‘What Do U Want’ addresses the confusion that can arise from a relationship where it is difficult to pin down exactly what your partner wants, and the conflicted feelings that build up from that kind of situation. The song asks ‘what do you really want from me’, and expresses frustration as the relationships keeps fluctuating between highs and lows, unsure of what things will be like between one moment and the next. ‘BS’ explores another kind of relationship – getting together with someone you weren’t aware was already in another relationship, and all the deception and secrecy that builds up in such a situation. Zaena calls for ‘enough of the BS games’, tired of giving her all when she’s not getting it back. ‘Diva’, ‘Be Your Girl’, and ‘Into You’ all celebrate the feeling of being an independent woman, who lives her life to the fullest without needing a man to complete her.

Man, I wrote this song about three years ago and I have always been so in love with it, but held on to it until it was perfected and for the timing to be right. I am so grateful for all of the amazing and talented people that came together and worked hard to make my vision come to life. Finally the time is now. I hope everyone enjoys our art!
