Eon MC – “Coulda Been” (@eonmcetc @statementsunite)

Eon MC Etc.’ was born and raised in Lawton, OK and began singing in the church choir at the tender age of 8. Shortly thereafter, Eon began to appreciate secular music in the form of hip-hop and became a student of the craft, writing and reciting his own lyrics. All throughout his life, he firmly believed he would pave a way for himself in the entertainment industry. The young emcee fell in love with acting and pursued his stage career in NYC where he eventually met his long time friend and partner in lyricism, Adduci. In 2007, the cross industry talent founded the Los Angeles-based international record label United Statements and released his debut album ‘A Reckonin’ within the same year. He very quickly built a name for himself amongst some of hip-hop’s greatest rappers and has since shared the stage with Pharoahe Monch, Chino XL, Raekwon and several others. His most recent releases include “Heroes in Exile,” featuring CMplex, “Recesshine,” featuring CMplex and Adduci, “Race Music” with The Libra, a throwback to 90’s r&b, “Fighting Demons”, an introspective, spiritual album, which was released on Halloween, and most recently “Southern L.O”, a tribute to his hometown and musical roots.
