18 year old Jor-el is one half of New Jersey hip hop group The Foundation, with second member CHrome(19). Put together in 2013 as two friends/rappers with 90’s styles and clever wordplay, with the intent of making big noise in the music industry. Based in Central Jersey Representing the Tri-State area. Keeping the East Coast Hip Hop alive with their new upcoming music on Soundcloud.
