J Metro (@Jmetromusic) – “Midnight Dreams”

Continuing his success with the release of Sentir Mon Amour (Feel My Love), Grammy considered singer-songwriter J Metro prepares to release the new visuals for his latest single “Midnight Dreams”. The video shot for the single was captured by J Metro himself while touring in the country of Switzerland for WIPO, and edited by media icon Rueben Wood.

Written and produced by J Metro, “Midnight Dreams” is the third single from the neo-soul electrifying album Sentir Mon Amour which is still in the early stages of its success being released on July 10th digitally and in stores August 7th. The leading single “Bodyguard” charted at number 12 on Billboard’s Single Sales Chart, giving the initial push needed for the album to become successful.

J Metro was also featured on Great Day Houston’s Debra Duncan show as the in studio live band. While featured he performed some of hits and a special tribute to the city of Baltimore, MD. During this performance he was set to play “Midnight Dreams” but instead chose “In Our Streets” to address the community issues surrounding breaking news and media portrayals of current happenings.

J Metro is set to releases his debut E.P., “Sentir Mon Amour” this summer, and has now released his latest single “Magic”! Having several Billboard charting singles already, he plans to go above and beyond with this single making it more successful then anything before. His new single has so much soul and creativity, it gives you more of look into his artistry, and him being a musician. Magic will officially release on March 24 through The Orchard, and a distribution platform by Sony Music Entertainment.

J Metro released his latest single “Bodyguard” in, November of 2014, through The Orchard/Sony Music Entertainment Distribution Platform. Since its release J has been on the hot single sales chart by billboard, first peaking at number 21 and now as of January 1, 2015, he came in at number 12 on that same chart. With an increase in sales and potential buzz this artist has been on a continued reach of success and more.

Jimmie (J Metro) Moore is a Singer, Songwriter, Composer, Multi-Instrumentalist and Poet based in Houston Texas. Jimmie L Moore Jr. began his musical training at the age of 5 with individual piano and voice lessons, group musicianship skills were also learned at a young age when in middle school he learned to play the trombone participating in concert and marching band as well as joined several academic and community choral ensembles. Jimmie Moore received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Theory and Composition with primary instruments in Piano performance and Vocal Performance from Morehouse College in 2006.

When asked what can we expect from him in the future he had this to say, “I will be releasing an EP, and soon a full album. I just want everything to be right and make a bigger impact first, to see how people react to my music and my sound. I know people will love my music they just have to listen first.”

Since partnering with Spaced Out Magazine J Metro has become the center of attention in Houston, TX. The city begins to support him more and more, as he could very well be the next big thing out of Houston for R&B.
