Toronto’s Elcee is an up and coming artist who uses his unique blend of double-time raps and velvet-smooth R&B vocals to create a sound that follows along from your headphones, to the whip, to the party and back to the bedroom. Compared to such artists as Chance The Rapper and Childish Gambino, Elcee is currently honing his live show on stages across Ontario.
